TERM AND CONDITIONS:

1. Free delivery for puchases above $60.00, otherwise a sub-charge of $8.00 will be imposed.
2. Fresh produces are subjected to availability without prior notice.
3. Prices are subjected to alteration without prior notice due to market fluctuation.
4. Delivery time in the AFTERNOON ONLY (12-6pm) and may vary due to traffic conditions & unforeseen events. Call us for an estimated location time.
5. Delivery dates are on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday only.
6. Please fax/email your orders at least 1 day before the delivery date by 5.00pm

8. All orders are to be paid via Credit card online.
